5 Minute Photo will not disclose your private and confidential information to any outside organization. Information regarding your organization (such as organization name, address, phone number, and email address) will not be given or sold to any outside organization.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords or any account information. Please be careful and responsible whenever you're online. While we strive to protect your confidential information, 5 Minute Photo cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
 

Data Encryption
 

5 Minute Photo is committed to data security with respect to information collected and maintained on our site(s). To help protect your confidential information, we scramble all data to and from our servers using technology known as encryption.

The Great Multitude site utilizes industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of confidential information. Use of our site requires the use of Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 (or higher). This browser is security-enabled making it extremely difficult for an unauthorized user to read your information even if it is wrongly intercepted.
 

Data Security
 

Our Firewall protected Servers are monitored 24 Hours a day, 7 Days a week to protect your important information.  The Servers are further protected from power failure by Uninterruptible Power Supplies and Backup Power Generators.

Your data is backed up daily and copies are archived for a period of 30 days in a secured environment.
